Try out this recipe and do let us know your comments. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 ½ tbsp Ghee <br />Cumin Seeds <br />2 Bay Leaves <br />2 Black Cardamom <br />4 Cloves <br />2 Onions <br />3 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste <br />4 Green Chillies <br />1 ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder <br />1 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder <br />1 ½ tsp Coriander Powder <br />Salt <br />Tomato Puree <br />½ Kg Mutton <br />1 Green Capsicum <br />Coriander Seeds <br />Water <br />Garam Masala <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Heat ghee and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, black cardamom, cloves and mix well. <br />- Add onions, ginger garlic paste and allow it to cook well. <br />- Add green chillies along with red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to taste. <br />- Allow the spices to cook well and later add tomato puree and mix well. <br />- Add mutton pieces and mix them well. <br />- Cook it well and add capsicum and coriander seeds (Adding this is optional) <br />- Add water and allow it to cook for minimum of half an hour till the mutton is nicely cooked. <br />- Once cooked add garam masala and mix well. <br />- Delicious Bhuna Ghost is ready!
